Waitlist Privacy Notice

Version 1.1 • 23 September 2026

1. Who we are

The Instant Relief closed-beta waitlist is operated by GET INSTANT RELIEF LTD (company number 17473262), a private company limited by shares registered in England and Wales.

Registered office: Flat 9, Faithfield, Bushey, Hertfordshire WD23 2NG, United Kingdom. For privacy questions, rights requests or to leave the waitlist, contact support@getinstantrelief.com.

2. What this waitlist is

The waitlist is only an expression of interest in hearing when applications for the Instant Relief UK closed beta open and receiving essential updates about that beta. Joining is not a beta application, does not guarantee a place and does not mean that you have been screened or selected.

3. What information we collect

  • your email address;
  • the date/time you joined and the version of the waitlist notice associated with that request;
  • minimal technical or security information generated by the service where necessary to operate and protect the form or email delivery.

We do not ask you to provide ADHD, AuDHD, menopause/perimenopause, diagnosis, medical history, sex/gender or other health/special-category information to join this waitlist. Do not put health information into the email field or any technical support message unless it is genuinely necessary.

4. How we use the information and our legal basis

We use your email address to manage the waitlist and send the beta-opening or essential waitlist updates that you asked to receive. Our intended UK GDPR lawful basis for this requested communication is consent (Article 6(1)(a)).

We may process limited technical/security records where necessary to operate the form, prevent abuse and protect the service. Our intended lawful basis for that limited processing is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)), namely operating and securing the waitlist service proportionately.

We do not use waitlist data to infer whether you have ADHD, AuDHD or another health condition. We do not use it to make beta eligibility or admission decisions.

5. Marketing

Joining this waitlist does not sign you up for general newsletters, product promotions or unrelated marketing. If we later want to send broader marketing, we will ask separately where required.

6. Who we share information with

We use limited cloud/database and operational email service providers to host the waitlist, store the email address and send the requested waitlist communications. They act under contractual and data-protection controls appropriate to their role.

We do not send waitlist email addresses or health/eligibility information to Meta for advertising audiences, Pixel/CAPI conversion tracking or retargeting, and we do not use third-party behavioural tracking for this waitlist unless a later legal review expressly approves a changed implementation and this notice is updated before that processing starts.

7. International processing

Some service providers or their subprocessors may process limited information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data-protection law treats that as a restricted transfer, GET INSTANT RELIEF LTD will use an applicable adequacy arrangement or approved safeguards and any required transfer assessment. We do not claim that all waitlist data remains in the UK unless verified provider settings support that statement.

8. How long we keep waitlist information

Active waitlist information is kept for a maximum of 90 days from the date you join.

If closed-beta applications have not opened by the end of that period, we may ask you to renew your interest. If you actively renew, a new maximum 90-day period starts from that renewal. If you do not renew, the active waitlist record is deleted.

If applications open sooner, we may contact you within the active 90-day period. If you choose to apply, the application is a separate processing activity covered by the application/beta privacy information. Joining the waitlist does not automatically convert your record into a beta application.

Minimal technical/security logs associated with operating the waitlist should normally be deleted or anonymised within 30 days unless they are needed for a specific security incident, complaint or legal obligation.

9. Leaving the waitlist and withdrawing consent

You can leave the waitlist at any time by using any unsubscribe/remove option provided in a waitlist email or by contacting support@getinstantrelief.com. We will stop using your email address for the waitlist and delete the active waitlist record without undue delay, subject only to any limited information that must be retained for a specific legal or security reason.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

10. Your data-protection rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to be informed, access your personal data, correct inaccurate information, request erasure or restriction, object where legitimate interests are relied upon, and withdraw consent where consent is relied upon.

To exercise a right, contact support@getinstantrelief.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK data-protection regulator.

11. Automated decision-making and profiling

We do not use the waitlist to make automated eligibility, selection or other decisions about you, and we do not use waitlist data to profile or infer health status.

12. Changes to this notice

If we materially change how we use waitlist information, we will update this notice and bring the change to your attention before starting the new processing where required. A change from waitlist-only processing to beta application, eligibility screening or participant access requires separate approved privacy information and does not occur automatically.
